Your information source on the various shops resources available in Anna Hiss Gymnasium.

See the menu on the side to find information on the resource you are interested in. For questions regarding access to the various shops, contact the respective shop manager or building manager for more information.

Note that the shops in AHG are only available to those that are working in the building, that is, members of Texas Robotics or the School of Design and Creative Technologies.

The Various Shops in AHG:

DigiFab Shop (AHG 1.106)

A digital fabrication shop containing 3D printers, a large laser cutter, and other various fabrication equipment.

Electronics Shop (AHG 1.218)

A small electronics shop capable of supporting various electrical needs. Shop has soldering stations, reflow oven for surface mount soldering, and various electrical testing equipment.

Machine Shop (AHG 1.214)

A machine shop with many manual and CNC machine supporting a wide range of metal fabrication projects.

Wood Shop (AHG 1.102)

A wood shop containing a wide range of woodworking equipment supporting a wide range of projects.
